Since a 'Full Data Set' including the data arrays ('e/γ-deposits', 'μ-deposits' and 'arrival times') for KASCADE and COMBINED are much too large for download (> 500 GB), most of the data sets we offer are data samples without the data arrays on the 'Preselections' download page.
If however you are interesteed in the full KCDC data sample you have to request it in portions by applying appropriate cuts for example on 'Run Number' (R) or on 'Global Time' (GT) because the file space per request is limited to 50GB to keep it manageable.
The 'small data samples' are provided to help you to find the most effective cuts to submit a request as efficiently as possible. Here data sets with and without data arrays are available.
